What to know

Emergency contact form

Before camp starts

Complete the form on the handbook’s last page: medical needs, allergies and required signatures. Each child needs emergency numbers for a parent/guardian and an alternate adult.

Emergency procedures

Injuries and incidents

Parents are contacted immediately about serious injuries. Minor injuries get on-site first aid, and outside medical help is called when needed. Unusual incidents are reported at pickup or in writing.

Illness & medication

Keep sick children home

Sick children may not attend — please notify camp of absences or illness. If a child becomes ill during the day, we call you for pickup. Medications, including sunscreen and ointments, must be in original containers with written permission.

Weather

Rain or shine

Camp runs rain or shine. Outdoor activities move indoors when needed, and on hot days campers are hydrated and monitored closely.

MatchPoint NYC
